Your hours and your pay rate
Everything you type into these calculators stays on your device. The arithmetic runs in your browser using ordinary JavaScript; there is no server receiving your shifts, your hourly rate or your dates, because the tools do not send them anywhere.
This is verifiable rather than promised. Open your browser's developer tools, switch to the network tab, fill in a whole week and watch: no request carries your figures. You can also disconnect from the internet after the page loads and the calculators keep working.
That matters more here than on most sites. A timesheet identifies where you work, when you were there and what you are paid, and those are not details to hand over to a third party for the sake of a subtraction.
What is stored on your device
Your last-used settings — the overtime rule, rounding, pay rate, schedule and the week you entered — are saved in your browser's local storage so you do not have to type them again. That data stays on your device, is readable only by this site, and is removed when you clear your browser data.
What the server sees
Standard web server logs record the page requested, your IP address, your browser's user agent string and the time. These are produced by the hosting provider as a normal part of serving a page, and are used to keep the site running and spot abuse.
Advertising
This site carries display advertising. Ad networks and their partners may set cookies or read device identifiers to measure and target advertising. That behaviour is controlled by the ad network, not by this site, and it applies to the pages you view — never to the hours, rates or dates you enter, which the network has no access to.
You can opt out of personalised advertising through Google's Ad Settings and the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out page. Declining does not restrict any calculator here.
Calendar downloads
The payroll calendar's .ics file is generated in your browser and saved directly
to your device. It is not uploaded, and no copy of your pay schedule exists anywhere else.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from them.
